Athena Aviation was today awarded a mandate to assist a national flag carrier in Africa with an HR Audit. The elements of this engagement include the assessment of the organisation and the subsequent development of an industry standard organisation design. This includes an assessment of the workforce skills and capabilities and the design of a performance management system.

 

The airline sees this project as central to its development plans, describing it as a key cornerstone in the path to strengthening the airline for growth and leadership in the African market.

 

Athena Aviation is proud to have been awarded this mandate and welcomes the opportunity to engage in the growth of this flag carrier.

 

Athena Aviation will deploy a very senior team of former airline executives, including two Partners and three to four associates. In total, the team boasts over 90 years of senior airline management and HR experience.
